Observe the application of cervical anterior spinal endoscopy in the operation of cervical spondylosis. Methods The research object is patients with cervical spondylosis, the number of cases is 200 cases, and the 200 cases of research objects are grouped by drawing lots. The patients are collected from March 10, 2016 to March 10, 2017, and divided into observation group ( 100 patients with cervical spondylosis) and a control group (100 patients with cervical spondylosis), underwent anterior cervical spinal endoscopy and conventional traditional posterior median approach surgery, and compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients with cervical spondylosis in the observation group was 98.00% (including 90 cases of markedly effective patients, 8 cases of effective patients, and 2 cases of ineffective patients) higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the operation time and hospitalization of patients with cervical spondylosis in the observation group The time was different from that of the control group (P<0.05); the VAS score and ODI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Anterior cervical spinal endoscopy has a significant effect in cervical spondylosis surgery.
